Sexual consent is an important concept for everyone in order to have a safe sexual life and prevent sexual damage, but it is not so conscious in Japan. Therefore, the Sexual Consent Promotion Team is working with the members of the Student Branch and Headquarters to raise the understanding of university students regarding sexual consent. We aim to hold a sexual consent workshop at the annual admission orientation.

On December 8, 2021, we submitted a request to Meiji University to provide information on sexual consent. This was created based on a survey conducted in June 2021 on people involved in Meiji University.

Sanitary supplies installation team
The Feminine Hygiene Equipment Installation Project is a project started to improve "* poverty of menstruation" and create a society where menstruation can be taken more naturally and positively.
By installing sanitary supplies in the toilets of all campuses of Meiji University so that anyone can get them for free, and providing a more comfortable campus life, we will also disseminate this activity outside the university to improve the poverty of menstruation. We aim to be a stepping stone towards.
The purpose of the activity is the following three.
1. Improving the problem of period poverty at Meiji University
2. Disseminate correct knowledge about menstruation
3. Create an environment that makes your period more open
* What is period poverty?
A global problem that affects those who do not have access to the necessary safe and hygienic hygiene products, and sometimes who cannot manage their period with dignity due to local stigma and sanctions.
